This box showcases a premium prime rib steak – three fingers thick of prime Chianina beef on the bone, weighing at least 800g.
It will also contain a mixture of other cuts, likely to include a selection from: rump, round or blade steak, roast, diced beef, osso bucco, short ribs or brisket. We try to include sausages (GF), mince and rissoles (GF) in each box.

June deliveries to Sydney will be on Tuesday 3 June 2025, and to other areas on Friday 6 June 2025 unless otherwise advised.
In the meantime, feel free to contact us if you wish to pre-order for the following round.
Delivery Information
Typically, we deliver in the first week of each month, with Sydney deliveries on the first Tuesday of the month and other areas within our delivery range three days later on the Friday.
We deliver to most locations within NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD. If your postcode does not allow for purchasing directly through our website, please contact us to make further enquiries.
