Thanks to our wonderful customers and new enquiries for your patience in waiting
for the next round of beef boxes.
We have been held up by some of the processing difficulties impacting so many small producers in NSW but we are pleased to say that we are confident of a solution and that we will be back early in the new year. Our new arrangements will necessarily impact pricing and while we will do everything we can to absorb any increase, there will be some adjustments which will also be updated below in the new year once the details of the arrangements are locked in place.

This box showcases a premium prime rib steak – three fingers thick of prime Chianina beef on the bone, weighing at least 800g.
It will also contain a mixture of other cuts, likely to include a selection from: rump, round or blade steak, roast, diced beef, osso bucco, short ribs or brisket. We try to include sausages (GF), mince and rissoles (GF) in each box.
